We are always happy to talk things through with you and help you choose the apartment that best matches your needs and priorities.
Request a Hold
If you are not quite ready to book, for example you may wish to check flights or talk things through with family, but you have found an apartment that you like, then ask us to put a 'hold' on it for you. Call us on 0039 0765 85074 or on 0039 348 5160334 or use the “contact us” form to get in touch. We will hold a property for up to 48 hours.
Bookings and Payment
A booking is made when the booking confirmation e-mail is reveived by Colle Cesoni with the payment then due. A 20% reservation deposit of total rental sum (supplementary bed(s) included, if any) is required at the time of booking, except when booking less than 4 weeks before departure in which case the full rental amount will be due. If you have paid a deposit, the balance of payment for your holiday rental will be due on arrival.
We accept deposit payment by bank transfer (wire).
When we receive the deposit, we will send you am e-mail confirmation of booking along with a receipt for any payments made and an accommodation details, how to drive to Colle Cesoni and to reach us over the telephone. We will be meeting you upon arrival.
